I was not referring to the OP discontinuing contact. I was referring to the updates leaving it open for her daughter to more easily start her own contact later if she wanted to, in the distant future. PA laws for TPR say one of the grounds is that no contact by birth parent has occurred for 6 months or more. Another big factor is how the parent attempted to follow their plan or not. It definately helps that you have been raising your grandchild for an extended period of time. I think it is...
